Triple Blind Date

Blind dates have always been so much fun for me! I find it a thrill to wait and see what my date is going to look like and what their personality is like (of course I try and Facebook stalk them if they have one) who wouldn't??? I have been on many blind dates and seem to always have a good experience with them. This past weekends blind date was particularly fun because it was set up and planned between my co-workers and I. One day at work I told one of my friends at work that I had the perfect guy for her and she responded with saying let's do a blind date and I will set you up! Of course i said yes! There are few at my work that are single so we invited one of our other friends from work to join the blind date. I had the perfect guys to set them both up with and they had someone for me. For the next week we started planning the date! We went through so many ideas of places to eat and activities to do. Finally we decided on paddle boating at Tempe Town Lakes and then going to dinner at a Mexican food restaurant called Tia Rosa's and then enjoying homemade ice cream at my house after the date, if it was going well! ;) Friday came and we went shopping for some new pieces of clothing to perfect our outfits, we were all soo excited! 6:30 rolled around and we picked up our dates and headed to Tempe Town Lakes. Sadly when we got there the paddle boats were no longer in use. We were so sad but we had some what of a plan B. We headed to dinner and hoped that dinner wouldn't fall through. We arrived and dinner was great! After dinner we headed back to my house and enjoyed homemade ice cream and played the funniest games. Plan B turned out to be a way better idea so that we could really get to see the guys personalities, and we defiantly saw them! I have never laughed so hard. We played a game called telephone charades. It's like the game telephone but with acting something out. There are two teams and one team member acts out an action or person we give them then the next person acts it out to the next and so on....finally the last person on the team guesses what they are acting. We made the guys act things out like Britney Spears, hair models, and my personal favorite, belly dancers, they really got into character, it was awesome! It was a very good night of laughs and good company. Those boys were good sports and I loved hanging out with my friends outside of work! Blind date=success!!!!!
